How does your billing service work?

We work directly inside your existing EHR or billing platform using secure, role-based access. No software changes are required. Our focus is on denied, underpaid, and overlooked claims to protect revenue you’ve already earned.

Do I have to switch systems?

No. We work within the platform you already use..

What makes you different from other billing services?

We specialize in rejection-focused billing. That means we prioritize denied and underpaid claims rather than just processing new submissions. Our goal is to stabilize and protect your collections.

What if I can’t afford it right now?

Many therapists initially feel that way. Our goal isn’t to add expense — it’s to strengthen collections. In many cases, improving follow-up on denied claims helps offset the cost of service. We’re happy to review your accounts receivable before you decide.

How do you handle HIPAA compliance and security?

We operate fully within HIPAA guidelines. Access is role-based, encrypted, and controlled by you. We never remove data from your system without proper authorization.

Will I lose control over my billing?

No. You retain full ownership of your system and data. Access can be adjusted or revoked at any time.

When is the right time to outsource billing?

What if I prefer to keep billing in-house?
