2. Services
VandusenPro LLC provides professional medical billing and bookkeeping services designed to help clients recover denied claims, manage revenue, and maintain accurate financial records. Service details, pricing, and timelines are defined in each client’s proposal or agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Services may be billed as a flat monthly fee, a percentage of collected revenue, or a combination of both, depending on the agreed terms.
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.
VandusenPro reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
4. No Refunds
All payments made to VandusenPro are non-refundable. Fees are based on the time, effort, and resources allocated to each client. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with a 14-day written notice. Any outstanding balance or fees owed up to the cancellation date remain due and payable. VandusenPro reserves the right to cancel services immediately if terms are violated or payments are not made on time.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for VandusenPro to perform services effectively. VandusenPro is not liable for delays, errors, or losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality
All client information, including financial and medical data, is handled with strict confidentiality. VandusenPro complies with all applicable privacy laws and industry standards to protect sensitive information.
8. Limitation of Liability
VandusenPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state where VandusenPro LLC is registered.
10. Updates to Terms
VandusenPro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
